Warranty Return Policy for Advanced Replacement
If, during the first 30 days after purchasing a product from Future Ready Solutions it is not operating properly we will provide an advanced replacement to you.
All requests for advanced replacement must use the online form below. After review and approval of your request by Future Ready Solutions, a replacement product will be shipped to the address provided on the RMA Request Form. An RMA form with return instructions will be provided in the shipping box with the replacement product. All correspondence concerning the returned product(s) must include the RMA number, which must be visible on the outside of the return shipping box.
Note: You will be shipped a brand new product in original packaging, with all manuals, cables and accessories to exchange for the defective product with a return shipping label for the defective product.
Restocking fees may be charged if the defective product you are returning is not in its original packaging, with all manuals, cables, and accessories. Modification or defacing the product may make it ineligible for return. Future Ready Solutions may refuse to accept any packages with visible signs of shipping damage.
Return shipment of defective product must be received within 14 days of the date the RMA Number was issued. We require that you have a credit card on file with us before we ship the advanced replacement product. We will only charge your credit card if the defective product is not returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the advanced replacment, or if your return is subject to restocking fees.
