Do you have to be an authorized custom integrator or installer to buy your product?
Future Ready Solutions works with residential and commercial custom integrators who install audio-video, home automation, networking, and security systems. Qualified companies can click on the Registration link in the upper right hand corner to become a Dealer for our products.
I see that Future Ready Solutions provides Free Ground Shipping at this time. What if I need to get my order faster?
We use FedEx as our shipping partner. If you need an order via overnight, second day, or economy express, just indicate this in the Notes section during checkout and we will charge you the difference between ground shipping and the shipping method you indicate. If you would like us to use your FedEx, UPS or DHL account, simply enter your account number and carrier and we’ll get ‘er done!
How do I become an authorized dealer and get special pricing?

After clicking on the Registration link and entering and sending your basic account information, your status will be set to New Dealer. (You will still be able to browse use the site and see MSRP pricing.) After review and approval, you will receive an additional email indicating your dealer status and your special dealer pricing

I am looking for information regarding product tracking, accounts payable and warranty claim submittal. Where do I go?
After your order is placed, you will receive individual emails on the following:
- An order confirmation email from the Future Ready Solutions website.
- An email indicating your order has shipped with tracking information,
- An email with your completed invoice.
When you log on with your user name and password – your order history will be on the My Accounts link.

What happens if I am shipped a defective product?
Our cables and connectors are supplied by the best in the industry, but we understand it is possible this could happen. Please check out our Return Policy for more information. For any questions, or to request a pre-assigned Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, please email info@futurereadysolutions.com.
How late can you get out shipments for next day delivery?
Orders for in-stock product placed before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped that same day. We will do everything within our power to provide you your product where and when you want it.
