Product Return Policy for Refund or Credit
All products purchased from Future Ready Solutions (excluding custom cut fiber, special orders, and clearance products) can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 31 – 60 days of purchase for an account credit. No merchandise returns after 60 days.
All product return requests must use the online form below and must have prior authorization by Future Ready Solutions before returning the product. After review by Future Ready Solutions, a Return Authorization Number will be issued which must be included in all correspondence concerning the returned product(s). The Return Authorization Number must be visible on the outside of the shipping box.
All products must be returned in their original packaging, in a clean box with no writing, markings, labels, or stickers, with all manuals and accessories in order to receive a full refund or credit. Writing on or defacing the product packaging in any way may make the item ineligible for return. Items returned in condition other than “as-new” may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or refused at Future Ready Solutions discretion. Future Ready Solutions may refuse to accept any packages with visible signs of shipping damage.
Products approved for refund or credit must be received within 14 days of the date the RMA Number was issued.
