Warranty Return Policy for Repair or Replacement
All products purchased from Future Ready Solutions are covered by the product warranty policy of the manufacturer of the product.
After the 30 day defective exchange period, the product may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.
All requests for repair or exchange must use the online form below and must have prior authorization by Future Ready Solutions before returning the product. After review of your RMA request by Future Ready Solutions and/or the manufacturer of the product, a Return Authorization Number will be issued which must be included in all correspondence concerning the returned product(s). The Return Authorization Number must be visible on the outside of the shipping box. Do not write the RMA number on the product, it’s box or packaging.
If the product is returned without original packaging, manuals and accessories, the exchanged product will be returned without those items. Modification or defacing the product may make the item ineligible for exchange. Future Ready Solutions may refuse to accept any packages with visible signs of shipping damage.
The returned product must be received within 14 days of the date the RMA Number was issued.
