Introduction
The Platinum Tools TG210K1 is an easy-to-use, high-powered tone and probe kit that locates, traces and tests analog copper cables. The kit includes two main components: the ToneMaster tone generator and the ToneSeeker tracer probe. Used together, the generator and probe trace cables up to 20 miles in distance with multiple tones and power levels that are ideal for twisted pair, coax, telephone, speaker, control and other low-voltage wires.
The TG210K1C features four tone amplitude levels that are ideal for twisted pair cables. In addition, three distinctly different tones can be selected allowing the easier tracing of multiple cables. Frequency filtering blocks out background noise and a convenient auto-off switch ensures battery life.
The TG210K1C includes alligator clip-style cable attachments and includes a nylon soft-style case.
