UPS and Generator Protection Can Work Together
A whole-home UPS does not necessarily have to replace a standby generator. In many large residences, the two technologies can serve complementary roles.
The UPS can maintain power during the generator’s startup and transfer sequence, preventing sensitive electronics from rebooting.
